We've partnered with a growing accessories business to recruit a
Merchandise Planner
to join their team at an exciting stage of growth.
This role is perfect for either a Junior Planner ready to step up or an experienced Planner looking for more ownership and the opportunity to truly drive inventory strategy and commercial outcomes across the business. You'll play a key role in ensuring stock is optimised across multiple channels while working closely with Buying, Operations, and Leadership teams in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role
As
Merchandise Planner
, you'll be responsible for managing stock flow, forecasting demand, and ensuring inventory is aligned to trading and growth objectives.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone commercially minded, analytical,



and proactive - someone who enjoys balancing data, stock strategy, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory planning and stock flow across multiple channels
Forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels to support trading performance
Analyse sales, stock, and inventory data to identify risks and opportunities
Drive replenishment strategies and manage intake planning
Monitor aged stock and support markdown and exit strategies
Deliver regular reporting and insights to support commercial decisions
Identify process improvements to enhance planning and inventory efficiency
What We're Looking For
Experience in a junior planner or planner role with 3-5 years experience
Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data and reporting
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
Advanced Excel skills preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment
