Job Summary
IIQAF Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveOperations Associateto support the daily operations of ourhospitality venues in Sydney.
The Operations Associate ensures smooth workflows, efficient service delivery, and coordination between departments, contributing tohigh-quality guest experiences.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience inhospitality operations, process coordination, and service management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in theday-to-day operations of hotels, restaurants, and hospitality services
Coordinatestaff schedules, workflow, and operational tasks
Monitorservice quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Support inventory management andlogistics of food, beverages, and supplies
Generate reports and maintainaccurate operational documentation
Collaborate withfront-of-house, kitchen, and management teams
Identify opportunities forprocess improvement and efficiency gains
Ensure compliance withhealth, safety,



and hospitality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as anOperations Associate, Hospitality Coordinator, or Operations Officer
Strongorganizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Background inhotel, restaurant, or catering operations
Ability to work in afast-paced hospitality workplace
Excellentcommunication and team collaboration skills
Proficiency withMS Office and hospitality management software
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or certification inHospitality Management or Operations
Knowledge ofinventory control, POS systems, and service standards
Experience inlarge-scale hospitality operations
