Technical Leadership
Lead a growing AI teamof ML/AI engineers and automation specialists
Mentor and developjunior engineers while building ELMO's AI centre of excellence
Drive technical decisionsthat will shape ELMO's AI strategy for years to come
Integrate AI capabilitiesinto our existing automation platform
Build scalable ML infrastructureon existing cloud infrastructure using the latest AI/ML services
Implement responsible AI practicesensuring privacy, fairness, and compliance with global regulations
Design APIs and SDKsthat enable customers to build their own AI-enhanced workflows
Core AI/ML Expertise
Strong software engineering experience with Python and proficiency architecting AI/ML systems




Confidence or interest in leading technical teams (hiring, mentoring, performance management)
Deep hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock)
Production deployment of 2+ generative AI applications
Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, embedding models
Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI)
Technical Leadership Skills
Track record architecting complex AI projects from concept to production
Advanced Python with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
Cloud ML platform experience (AWS SageMaker strongly preferred)
Understanding of enterprise SaaS, APIs, microservices, integration patterns
Experience with CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code
Leadership Qualities
Team builder: Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing AI/ML talent
Communicator: Ability to translate complex AI concepts for business stakeholders
Innovator: Track record of identifying and implementing emerging AI technologies
