Your Core Focus
Ensure smooth and efficient project delivery
Prepare site start packs
Handle a variety of tasks including administration, procurement, scheduling, and supplier liaison
Raise, source, place, and compile purchase orders & subcontract agreements
Source project costs and negotiate with suppliers & contractors
Work closely with site supervisors to organise deliveries & schedule works
Manage documentation and assist with reception tasks (answering calls, greeting clients)




Provide administration support and assist with site meetings
What We Require
Previous experience in project coordination, pre-construction administration or a similar role
Strong understanding of commercial building processes, specifically retail
Ability to read and interpret various types of construction drawings and documents
Familiarity with workflow management apps such as ClickUp, Monday, Smartsheet etc
Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent is favorable
