We're looking for a Shopify Web Designer with a sharp visual eye to own and shape our four international Shopify stores. This is a design‐led role for someone who lives in the storefront: building beautiful, on‐brand pages that are fast, easy to navigate and built to convert. You'll be the go‐to person for everything web across our four markets — designing and building pages, refining the storefront, and keeping the brand crisp and consistent everywhere it appears.

The Role
n




This is a hands‐on design role with real ownership over how our stores look, feel and perform. You'll take ideas from concept through to live, polished pages, and you'll be the voice on what a great‐looking, high‐converting storefront should be.

You won't be working in isolation. You'll partner closely every day with our SEO Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Designers and Videographer — a genuinely collaborative team where good ideas get built quickly.

What you'll do
n

Design, build and maintain our four Shopify websites (USA, UK, Australia and Recent Zealand)
n
Create and customise Shopify themes, landing pages and product pages that look beautiful and convert
n
Design clean, on‐brand page layouts with a strong sense of flow, hierarchy and detail
n
Produce simple supporting graphics and web assets to bring pages and campaigns to life
n
Work alongside the SEO and Marketing Managers to bring campaigns to life on‐site
n
Collaborate with our Product Designers and Videographer to showcase products at their best
n
Keep all four sites fast, consistent, on‐brand and up to date
n

What we're looking for
n
n
2+ years' hands‐on Shopify experience — theme customisation, page building and store management
n




A strong design eye — you can show a portfolio that demonstrates a great visual sense and the ability to align design to a brand
n
UI/UX and conversion — you understand how layout, flow and hierarchy turn browsers into buyers, and you design with the customer journey in mind
n
A basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator — enough to resize, retouch and prepare web‐ready graphics and simple assets
n
A good eye for detail and genuine pride in shipping polished, professional work
n
Comfortable managing multiple sites and priorities across different markets and time zones
n
A collaborative, can‐do attitude that suits a small, tight team
n
