Responsibilities:
Serve as the key contact point for any complaints related to Aircond/Mechanical services from end users or clients.
Conduct routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance for Aircond/Mechanical services as scheduled.
Assist other trades as required.
Provide support to the maintenance team when needed.
Supervise service contractors as required.
Assist the Building Leader with daily operations and coordinate with vendors and clients on operational matters.
Requirements:
High School Certificate with specialization in aircond/mechanical engineering.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
