Senior Sales Executive - Aesthetics Training - Melbourne, Australia - $65k-$75k base (c$110k OTE)

Sales Executive,
with excellent communication skills, to join an award-winning, international aesthetic training academy in Melbourne.
What's on offer?

The role requires mentoring a small team of Sales Executives, following up warm leads and converting enquiries from individuals and organisations into bookings, it does not require cold calling.
Our client is offering a base salary up to $75k and a very generous bonus scheme (OTE approximately $110k).
Hybrid working is offered.
Key responsibilities as the Senior Sales Executive will include:
Managing inbound and outbound enquiries from potential training delegates in a timely manner
Identifying customer's needs, clarifying information and providing solutions and/or alternatives
Actively up-selling products when applicable
Mentoring a small team of Sales Executives and leading by example
Ensuring effective communication with delegates at all times
Maintaining all relevant documentation and accurate records
Working with Marketing and Senior Management to uphold the company's brand

What we're looking for:




Previous experience in a high-volume telephone based sales / customer service role
Experience working within the aesthetics, training/education or medical industries is required
Demonstrable success in a warm sales setting and a track record of achieving / over-achieving targets
Team leader / supervisor experience is beneficial
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
Confident, supportive and proactive nature
IT literate with experience using databases / CRMs and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
