A highly successful & long standing firm situated on the Sunny Coast is seeking an experienced Director or Senior Manager to help lead this firm moving forward. You will be supported by the new owners, current partner & retiring partner.

THE ROLE
Be 1 of 2 partners to lead dedicated accounting team of under 20 staff from intermediates to managers & admin
End to end tax offering including bookkeeping, tax compliance and specialist advisory services
First point of contact for new & existing clients
Ability to scope and price work
Business development not essential as this is a large existing portfolio of fees
THE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 years experience working in an accounting
Proven experience managing staff and their workflow while meeting deadlines on time
Strong technical & tax knowledge
A personable and professional demeanor with ability to think outside the box
Excellent attention to detail & valuable organisational/prioritisation skills
