Maverick Campers is looking for aWorkshop Supervisor / Warranty Coordinatorto oversee our production team in Caboolture.
If you have experience leading a team, can work under pressure, with minimal direction and thrive in a hands‐on environment, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:Lead and support the team across service, warranty, and assembly tasks.
Workshop Supervision:Monitor production progress, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
Problem‐Solving:Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Hands‐On Work:Assist with assembly, upgrades, servicing, and general workshop tasks.
Administration & Organization:Manage orders, schedules, and inventory while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Weekly reporting to head office required.
Quality Control:Conduct audits and maintain high standards of workmanship.
What We're Looking For:




Provenleadership experiencein a workshop or similar environment.
Ability towork under pressureand manage multiple priorities.
Strongproblem‐solving skillswith a hands‐on approach.
Ability totake controland make decisions with minimal direction.
Solidorganizational and computer skillsfor administrative tasks.
Industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
