About the Role
As an Optical Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver the personalised service our patients know and trust.
You'll be the friendly face welcoming patients into the practice, assisting them with their eyewear choices, and ensuring every visit reflects our commitment toMore Time, More Care.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings:
A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
Previous retail experience (optical experience is highly regarded but not essential)
The ability to quickly learn product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
Warm, friendly communication skills and a positive attitude
A collaborative, team-focused approach
Energy, enthusiasm, patience, and a desire to help others
Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late trading as required
Most importantly, you'll understand that every patient interaction matters and take pride in creating exceptional experiences.
