Food Services Assistant

The Prospect
We are looking for a Food Services Assistant - Heiden Park Lodge to join our team at Prunus lodge in Moolong.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
Preparation evening meals as resident's requests
Planning for resident's special requests and dietary needs, as well as likes and dislikes
Participating and maintaining the HACCP program continually striving for improvement
Maintain clean and tidy kitchen, include clean-up of spills and hazard prevention
Report and defects or maintains requirements
Keep up to date with latest food safety, handling and equipment standards
Follow required hygiene guidelines as per HACCP
Will to complete Food Safety Training as per food safety standards, will to complete Senior First Aide Certificate
Work as team member as per UPA values and have good communication skills
We are also willing to invest in training and offer you all the support you might need in order to succeed in your role.
