What You'll Be Doing
Manage and grow relationships with key clients
Lead a team to deliver projects and performance outcomes
Coordinate day-to-day project and program delivery, including managing lead briefs, forms, and documentation
Present explicit, data-backed insights that guide decision-making
Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Manage budgets, quoting, reconciliation, invoicing and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally and foster a high-performing team culture
Maintain compliance with internal processes and WHS standards
What We're Looking For
1-3 years' experience within FMCG - supplier sales, category or marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Grocery channel




Proven experience in client and account management
A strategic, commercial mindset with a flair for problem-solving
Leadership capability - you know how to coach, motivate and elevate a team
Financial and data literacy - you know your way around reports and insights
Confident communication and presentation skills
Curiosity, initiative, and a drive for results
Experience in sales strategy, store or field program management, or compliance/reporting frameworks will get bonus points!
