Base pay range
A$*****/hr - A$*****/hr
3-month contract, starting 7th July
2 weeks of paid training provided
Full-time, Monday to Friday | Onsite in Blackburn

Role:
As an Accounts Receivable Customer Service Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our billing and debt resolution services within a busy call centre environment. You'll handle customer enquiries, review billing disputes, and support service fee collections-all while delivering high-quality, empathetic service.
Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Deliver excellent customer service and identify appropriate solutions for outstanding debt
Review and assess individual customer circumstances to ensure accurate billing
Handle accounts receivable and collections tasks
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to support timely resolution of service fees
Raise and follow up on billing or collection queries
Perform general administrative duties as required
About you:
Proven customer service experience, ideally in high-volume or call centre environments
Robust communication skills - both verbal and written
Empathetic, calm under pressure,



and able to think on your feet
Detail-oriented with high accuracy and quality control
Able to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
Comfortable working independently and hitting performance targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Teams)
Organised, adaptable, and proactive
