Job Description
Pathfinders is seeking a Part Time (4 days per week) Family Connect and Support Program Worker based in Coffs Harbour. Travel will be an expectation, reflecting the role's community outreach requirements.

The Program Worker will provide high-quality, child-centered and culturally responsive services to achieve optimal client outcomes while meeting governance and compliance requirements under the SCHADS Award.
