An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
Senior Portfolio Analyst
to join a large, complex organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the Director, Performance Analytics, this role plays a critical part in delivering data‐led insights across customer identity, authentication and credit processes, supporting improved risk timeval, compliance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver dashboards and reporting to monitor identity verification and authentication controls.
Develop reporting frameworks to support internal policy, regulatory and governance Komment and periods.
Deliver actionable insights and forecasting to highlight risks, opportunities and performance trends.
Translate complex data and policy requirements into explicit, business‐focused insights.
Ensure strong data accuracy,



governance and consistency across reporting outputs.
About You
5+ years' experience in data analytics, performance reporting or business intelligence.
Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with BI and visualisation tools and advanced Excel.
Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and data models.
Experience in credit risk, fraud, identity or compliance analytics.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.

Tertiary qualification in business, finance, statistics or a related discipline.
