In this field-based role, you'll partner with District Managers and Restaurant Managers to build capability, drive performance, and bring our learning culture to life across multiple restaurants.If you're passionate about developing people, enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment, and love seeing others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.About the Role:As a Training Coach, you'll play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of people within your designated patch.You'll combine facilitation, coaching and hands-on support to deliver engaging learning experiences that improve skills, confidence and performance.Key
Responsibilities:Coach
and support Restaurant Managers to deliver best-practice training and
development.Facilitate
engaging classroom, online and on-the-job training programs.Support managers and crew members to achieve certification and training standards.Partner with District Managers to identify training needs and capability gaps.Conduct structured restaurant visits to coach leaders on operational procedures, systems and new
initiatives.Support




the training and onboarding of teams during new restaurant openings and restaurant
refurbishments.Assist
in the development and continuous improvement of training programs and learning resources.Monitor training participation, compliance and key performance measures.Champion a culture of learning, development and continuous improvement.About You:You are a people-focused coach who thrives on developing others and building capability within teams.You'll bring:A genuine passion for training, coaching and developing people.Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering training to diverse
audiences.Excellent

relationships.Sound
judgement and strong problem-solving abilities.A willingness to travel throughout Queensland, including regional locations as required.Essential
Requirements:Previous
QSR experience as a Training Coach, Restaurant Trainer,



or a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager.Experience facilitating both face-to-face and online training
programs.Intermediate
Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Current Australian Driver Licence.Ability to travel and stay in regional locations for short periods when
required.Successful
