Bec Hardy Wines is seeking an energetic and organised hospitality professional to join our team as Front of House Team Leader & Events Coordinator.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role combining cellar door operations, functions and events coordination, team leadership, and guest experience.
n
Working closely with ownership and our kitchen team, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences across our Cellar Door, The Kitchen at Bec Hardy, Wine Club and growing events program., This role is available on either a 0.8 FTE (4 day) or full-time basis, depending on the successful applicant., Front of House Leadership

Lead daily cellar door and hospitality operations
n
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
n
Support, mentor and lead the FOH team
n
Coordinate service between FOH and kitchen
n
Manage bookings, enquiries and customer communications
n
Assist with rostering and team development
n
n
Events & Functions
n
n
Manage event and function enquiries
n
Coordinate bookings from enquiry through to delivery
n
Assist with planning and execution of private events, corporate functions and wine experiences
n
Liaise with guests, suppliers and internal teams
n
n
Sales & Customer Engagement
n
n
Drive wine sales and Wine Club memberships




n
Promote cellar door experiences and events
n
Build relationships with guests and returning customers
n
n

You'll ideally bring:

Hospitality, cellar door, tourism or events experience
n
Previous team leadership experience
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Excellent organisational skills
n
A proactive and hands-on approach
n
Confidence working in a fast-paced setting
n
RSA certification
n
A genuine passion for wine, food and hospitality
n
n
Wine industry experience is welcome but not essential.
n
