As a Scrub Scout Nurse, you will:
n
n
Deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative nursing care
n
Scrub and scout across a variety of surgical specialties
n
Collaborate closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre teams
n
Participate in advanced robotic-assisted surgical procedures
n
Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical practice
n
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
n
n




You'll bring:
n
n
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous Scrub Scout experience in an acute perioperative environment
n
Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
A commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care
n
n
Experience in robotic surgery is advantageous but not essential. We value enthusiasm, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
