Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Field Service Electrician to join their expanding operations team and support the performance and reliability of energy storage assets nationwide.

About the role
This is a hands-on field service role focused on maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance support of live BESS sites.
You will be based in Bayswater, Melbourne, with regular interstate travel (approximately 40%) across VIC, NSW, QLD, and SA.




All travel and accommodation expenses are fully covered.
This role does not involve installation work.
Key responsibilities
Field-based fault finding, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance on BESS assets
Preventative maintenance and scheduled service visits
Supporting troubleshooting activities alongside engineering teams
Conducting system checks, testing, and performance verification
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with procedures and standards
Completing clear and accurate service reports and documentation
Contributing to continuous improvement of system reliability and performance
About you
A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
Strong practical electrical skills and willingness to learn
Good problem-solving ability and mechanical/electrical aptitude
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable with regular interstate travel
Safety-focused and reliable
Full Australian working rights and valid driver's licence
