Dynamics 365 FO Functional Consultant - End User Training Specialist– Sydney CBD / Hybrid or Onsite options • Full-time permanent role
Initially this role will have a core focus onend-user traininganduser adoption.
Over time this role will transition to aD365 F&O; Product OwnerSpecialist position.
About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedDynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Specialistto play an exciting end user training role in a major finance transformation project.
This role will be instrumental during thego-live phase, ensuring successfuluser training,user adoption, and helping withprocess alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Expert System Knowledge: Act as a subject matter expert on D365 F&O;, leveraging its full range of features and capabilities.
End-User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions, work closely with accounting end users, empowering staff to use D365 F&O; effectively.
Drive User Adoption: Promote confidence and uptake of the system by end users across finance functions.
System & Process Challenge: Critically evaluate current workflows and suggest improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Testing & Validation:



Assist withUAT (User Acceptance Testing)phase ensuring systems and processes meet business requirements.
Support the Go-Live Phase: Provide hands-on assistance during the critical implementation stage.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations(F&O;), particularly in finance modules.
Excellent ability totrain and mentor end-users.
Analytical mindset with the ability tochallenge systems and processes constructively.
Understanding offinance processesand their alignment with ERP systems.
Experience supportingsystem implementationsand go-lives and/or UAT testing phases preferred.
Exposure to training, change management and user adoption strategies.
Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 FOor finance systems ideal.
