SenSara beauty + skin has been proudly operating for 11 years in the heart of Coolum Beach and is renowned for delivering personalised, results-driven skin and beauty treatments within a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team and work closely alongside the owner in the day-to-day running of the clinic.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Beauty Therapist who loves skin, enjoys building genuine client relationships, and is ready to step into a role with additional responsibility, leadership opportunities, and career growth.
n
You will be a confident beauty all-rounder with strong treatment knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to provide an exceptional client experience from consultation through to treatment and aftercare.
n
Rate of Pay
n
$34-$51 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and employment type.
n
Fair Work Level 6 – Above Award Rates:
n
n
Casual Weekdays: $41 – $45 per hour
n
Casual Saturdays: $51 per hour
n
Full-Time / Part time Weekdays: $34 – $35 per hour
n
Full-Time / Part time Saturdays: $44 – $45 per hour
n
n
What You Will Receive:

n
Average ***** hours per week with flexibility to suit the right person.
n
Sundays off every week.
n
Only alternate Saturdays required (additional Saturdays only during peak holiday periods or staff leave).
n




No Mondays – clinic closed.

Ongoing internal and external training in advanced modalities, including: Skin Needling, IPL, Dermaplaning, Radio Frequency (RF), Fat Cavitation & body treatments.

About You
n
You are an experienced Beauty or Skin Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating memorable client experiences.
n
You take pride in your work, have a professional and positive attitude, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
n
You are organised, reliable, confident with clients,



and excited about continuing to grow your skills within advanced skin treatments.
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
n
Minimum 1–2 years recent salon or clinic experience.
n
Strong skills across general beauty treatments, including: Brow shaping and lash tinting, Waxing – facial and body waxing, Advanced facials and peels, Lash lifts and brow lamination, Manicures and pedicures (including Shellac), Spray tanning.
n
Genuine passion for skin health and achieving client results.
n
Excellent customer service skills.
n
Confident computer skills.
n
Ability to work independently when required.
n
n
Highly Regarded – Experience or knowledge in
n
n
Skin needling – must hold a completed Certificate.
n
Hydra microdermabrasion.
n
Dermaplaning.
n
IPL/Laser treatments.
n
RF skin tightening.
n
Fat cavitation and body contouring.
n
Advanced results-driven facials.
n
Makeup artistry.
n
Supervisory experience or previous business ownership.
n
Social media/content support.
n
