Omni Group Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to join the VIC service team in Epping. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, servicing, and technical support of packaging equipment across customer sites.
Responsibilities include in office maintenance, fault diagnosis, setup and testing of equipment, and timely reporting. You will build strong customer relationships and identify follow-up service opportunities while working with a supportive team.
