About the company

Our client is an established and highly regarded HVAC contractor based in Melbourne's South East.
n
Having successfully placed multiple candidates with this business, I can confidently say they are a fantastic employer that genuinely values culture, flexibility and its people.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced HVAC Estimator to join the team in a senior capacity.
n
About the role
n
This is more than a traditional estimating position. You will play an integral role in the ongoing growth of the business, with the opportunity to contribute to business development, commercial strategy and senior leadership.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Preparing accurate and competitive estimates and tenders
n
Reviewing plans, specifications and project requirements
n
Managing the estimating process from enquiry through to
submissionIdentifying
opportunities for business growth and development




n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
n
About you
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience working for an HVAC contractor - essential
n
Excellent understanding of commercial HVAC projects
n
Strong commercial and financial acumen
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
A genuine interest in business development and growth
n
The ability and ambition to operate as a senior member of the team
n
n
Experience with the following systems will be highly regarded:
n

Groundplan
n
Bluebeam
n
SimPRO
n
n
