What We're Looking For
Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management
Current Agent's Representative Certificate
Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Your Day-to-Day
Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
Arrange repairs and maintenance
Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
Induct new renters and liaise with clients
Handle general property management and admin tasks
Customer-focused with a confident phone manner
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Well-presented with a positive, can-do attitude
Career-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
