One of Perth's premier waterfront venues has an exciting opportunity for someone to take on the role of our Venue Supervisor/ Bar Manager.
n
The position will involve working within a close team setting and managing staff consisting ofbar staff, glassies, security, band members and DJ's.
n
The successful applicant must have experience in bar procedures and stock control and also be available weekends across both Friday and Saturday nights and Sundays.
n
Previous management experience in a bar, restaurant or club an advantage
n
A current RSA and Approved Manager qualification is highly regarded
n
A good level of computer literacy
n
The ability to manage staff and lead by example
n
Familiar with operating POS System and Eftpos,
n
Experience in setting up events with food & drink service
n
Can smile while under pressure and someone who enjoys hospitality
n
A desire to provide first class customer service and a positive work environment
n
Have a sound understanding of the Liquor Licensing Act and the Directors Policies
n
This is a hands‐on role and requires a person who likes to keep busy and further their skills and experience in running a large bar in a busy entertainment venue.

A salary of $80K to $90K is available depending on experience.
n
You must be an Australian citizen or have the right to work in Australia with a stable work history.
