TRS Resourcing is currently seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics / Plant Mechanics for multiple permanent positions across Current South Wales.
n
These roles offer the opportunity to work across a diverse fleet of earthmoving equipment, heavy vehicles, crushers, screens, fixed plant, and mobile machinery supporting quarrying, recycling, waste management, and resource recovery operations throughout NSW.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Conduct servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mobile and fixed plant equipment
n
Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults across heavy equipment and machinery
n
Maintain crushers, screens, conveyors, earthmoving equipment, and transport assets
n
Complete maintenance reports and service documentation accurately
n
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
n
Support operational reliability through proactive maintenance and fault reporting
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic, or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
n
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
n
Experience working on heavy mobile plant and industrial equipment
n
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
n
Valid Australian driver's licence
n
n
Highly Regarded Experience
n
n
Quarrying and crushing operations
n
Recycling and resource recovery facilities
n
Waste management operations

Construction and earthmoving equipment
n
Heavy industrial or manufacturing environments
