Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our inbound, outbound, and inventory management operations across our fast-growing distribution business. This role is responsible for ensuring stock accuracy, on-time deliveries, cost efficiency, and system visibility across retail and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound shipments from overseas suppliers and local vendors
Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
Track ETAs, delays, and clearance status
Ensure accurate receiving, checking, and system booking-in
Manage outbound deliveries to retailers, distributors, and e-commerce customers
Coordinate with 3PLs, couriers, and warehouses
Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance
Resolve delivery delays, damages, and exceptions
Inventory & Stock Control
Own daily stock monitoring and reconciliation
Maintain high inventory accuracy across WMS / ERP systems




Associated managing stock ageing, slow-moving, and dead stock
Conduct cycle counts and full stock takes
Control DOA, RMA, and refurbishment stock flow
Forecast & Supply Planning Support
Work with Sales & PM on demand forecasting
Support replenishment planning and safety stock setup
Identify supply risks and capacity constraints
Process, Systems & Compliance
Continuously improve logistics SOPs and workflows
Drive system optimisation across ERP, WMS, and courier platforms
Ensure compliance with WHS and retail delivery standards
Cost & Performance Management
Control freight, warehousing, and logistics costs
Monitor and report logistics KPIs
Support Finance with freight accruals and stock valuation
Team & Partner Management
Manage internal warehouse staff (if applicable)
Manage 3PL and logistics service providers
Drive SLAs and supplier performance reviews
Key Requirements
2+ years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management experience
Strong experience in inbound, outbound, and inventory control
Experience with ERP / WMS systems (Cin7 etc preferred)
Understanding of freight, customs, incoterms & 3PL operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Retail, consumer electronics or FMCG experience preferred
