About the Role
n
A unique prospect exists for a Property Finance Assistant to join our exciting Centre Management team. Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing finance administration skills and grow within a successful company.
n
Role Responsibilities
n
n
Build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders both internal and external
n
Oversee the rental arrears collection process
n
Assist when necessary with the day to day running of centre rent collections
n
Complete the Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
n
Raise monthly charges
n
Process workflows
n
Perform account reconciliations
n
n
The Successful Candidate
n
n
Prior accounts experience in a retail shopping centre environment or similar
n
Good working knowledge of how to manage and collect rent from tenants
n
Competent level of computer proficiency with Excel,



Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
n
Tertiary qualifications in finance or administration
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
n
