Who are we?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community. As a not‐for‐profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.
What will you do?
Role
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our office operations, helping to keep our spaces safe, functional, and welcoming. You will:
Manage general maintenance and upkeep across our office spaces
Provide front‐of‐house concierge services for visitors
Liaise with building management, suppliers, and trades for repairs and service coordination
Own the shared Facilities inbox and respond to requests promptly
Support the CEO Office with admin and provide relief as needed
Ensure WHS administrative functions are up to date and compliant




Maintain security access, manage carpark allocations, and oversee kitchen/stationery supplies
Support a positive, safe and efficient working environment for all
What do you need?
We're looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership and a can‐do attitude. You'll need:
Required
Minimum 3 years experience in either a facilities or building management role
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Intermediate MS Office skills
Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
HSC or equivalent
Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
Desirable
Certificate IV in Administration
Experience using Halo/general scheduling and admin tools
Experience in facilities, hospitality or concierge roles
Team leadership or vendor management experience
This is an onsite role and requires you to be in the office 5 days per week. The role also requires you to be available for occasional out of hours emergencies.
