Job Description
Cabrini Women's Mental Health Elsternwick is seeking a friendly, reliable part-time Receptionist to welcome patients and families and support front-office operations. The role requires a qualified, compassionate demeanour and strong customer service skills.

You will manage bookings, admissions and discharges, answer enquiries, process billing, and maintain patient records, while upholding privacy and working with the team in a busy mental health setting.
