What You'll Do:
As a key member of our Retail Leadership Team, you'll bring vision, structure, and positivity to a diverse multi-site portfolio.
Your mission?
To drive performance, build capability, and lead with authenticity.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all stores
Motivate your teams to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets
Coach and develop store leaders through regular check-ins, reviews, and training plans
Optimise wage control and operational efficiency across the region
Foster an inclusive, high-energy culture that reflects SHEIKE's values
Lead succession planning by identifying and nurturing top talent
Support visual merchandising execution with a strong commercial lens
Maintain strong communication and feedback loops with HQ and store teams
What You'll Bring:




We're looking for a passionate leader who thrives in a agile retail setting and knows how to bring out the best in others.
3+ years in a store management / leadership role
Proven experience in fashion retail with robust styling knowledge
A track record of delivering results through people and process
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for team development, coaching and leading with purpose
A current driver's licence and flexibility to travel
