Overview
We are seeking an experiencedPractice Development Managerto join our leadership team.
This role works alongside the directors and Practice Manager, with a strong focus onstrategic growth, systems improvement, and patient-centred business development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for growth and service expansion.
Review and improve clinical and business systems, processes, and KPIs.
Drive initiatives in marketing, patient engagement, and referral growth.
Monitor business performance and prepare detailed reports with insights.
Build and maintain partnerships and professional networks.
Support training, development, and staff engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with AHPRA, ADA, and healthcare standards.
About You
Proven track record inbusiness development and practice growthwithin thedental industry.




Prior experience as aBusiness Manager or Senior Practice Managerin dentistry.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software (e.g. Exact).
Results-driven with the ability to deliver measurable improvements.
