Now Recruiting: Development CoachesWe're looking forDevelopment Coachesto provide support across our women's teams.
These are flexible roles ideal for those with a passion for player development, skill-building, and supporting coaching on training nights and/or game day.
About YouAs a passionate and dedicated member of our Club, you'll bring:
A commitment to the Club values ofCommunity, Integrity, Passion, Respect & Excellence
Experience in football coaching, mentoring, or skill development
The ability to work across multiple teams and age/stage levels
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A collaborative mindset and willingness to be part of a coaching panel
Familiarity with VAFA structures and community football environments is advantageous
Hold or be willing to obtain avolunteer Working with Children Check
You'll work alongside our Director of Coaching and football operations as part of a collaborative coaching panel.
