Our client is a leading independent advisory firm operating across Australia and New Zealand. They provide expert M&A; and strategic advisory across a wide range of industries, notably energy, financial sponsors, industrials and healthcare and have a highly successful transaction track record. Working within this long-established independent firm will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to gain leading industry experience within a high calibre team with local decision-making capabilities.

The firm are currently looking for talent at both the Associate and VP level to join their team in Melbourne. These individuals will work alongside a collegiate team and in support of senior bankers.



You will help to execute transactions across the full lifecycle and will enjoy having exposure to a broad range of sectors. The role will also support the team across due diligence, financial modelling & valuation, client interaction and deal execution.

The ideal candidate will have:

Between 4-8 years of M&A;/Corporate Finance experience from a leading investment bank
n
Robust integrity & work ethic
n
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
n
Bachelor's degree in finance or related disciplines
n
n
Candidates must have full working rights for Australia to be considered.
