Wattle College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45676, CRICOS 03905A) based in Carlton. We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team for the following qualifications:

- CPC30220 - Certificate III in Carpentry

- CPC31320 - Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Prepare and deliver units of competency within the relevant qualification;

- Ability to develop student resources;

- Monitor student progress and support by developing a comprehensive intervention strategy;

- Assistance with student resource development;

- Participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff and validation meetings;

- Create an engaging and positive learning environment for students

You need to have the following:





- Hold relevant TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent);

- Hold relevant trade Certifications in the qualifications mentioned above;

- Ability to plan and organise training set priorities, and meet deadlines;

- High level of written and oral communication skills.
