As a result of continued project growth, our client is recruiting for two distinct leadership opportunities within a major Data Centre program. Whether your expertise is in construction delivery or critical MEP systems, you'll play a key role in driving project success across construction, commissioning and operational readiness. Data Centre Construction Manager
The Construction Manager will act as the client's senior in office construction representative, providing
oversight of construction delivery, milestone readiness, contractor coordination and project progress through to operational handover.
- Monitor construction progress and milestone readiness
- Coordinate site activities across contractors and stakeholders
- Manage project risks, actions and issue resolution
- Validate construction completion and turnover requirements
- Provide status reporting and stakeholder communication
Data Centre MEP Systems Integration Manager
The MEP Systems Integration Manager will provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical and associated infrastructure systems, ensuring successful integration, energisation, commissioning readiness and system turnover.
- Lead MEP systems integration and commissioning readiness activities
- Monitor installation quality against specifications and design requirements
- Coordinate technical interfaces across electrical, mechanical and control systems
- Review commissioning documentation and system completion status
- Identify and resolve technical dependencies affecting project milestones
What Our Client Requires
Essential
- 8+ years' experience in construction management, engineering, commissioning or systems integration
- Experience delivering large-scale or hyperscale Data Centre projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and site leadership capability
- Knowledge of Australian WHS requirements and construction safety practices
- White Card
Highly Regarded
- Engineering or Construction Management qualification
- Certificate IV WHS or equivalent
- Experience managing energisation, commissioning and operational handovers
- Experience working across complex contractor and client environments
