We are searching for a driven individual to work alongside our Sales Agents in our Campbelltown offices, as part of a high-performing Effective Business Unit (EBU). This is not just another job — it’s a launchpad for your future in real estate sales.

What the Role Involves:

This role is your entry point on the career ladder, designed for individuals who are eager to learn, demonstrate commitment, and show they can consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs) over a sustained period. Our aim is to develop you into a successful salesperson over time, but that journey begins with a willingness to put in the groundwork, build your skills, and prove your dedication to achieving results.

As a vital support to our Sales Agents, you’ll be laying the groundwork for your team and your career, including:

- Prospecting through a combination of both door knocking and Cold Warm Calls in order to make appointments for the lead agent

- Attending photo shoots, pest and building inspections, bank valuation and other inspections which would normally be conducted by the sales agent.

- Attending Landlord Market Appraisals, where you will assist the Lead Agent and begin to develop some of the knowledge and skills you need in this area.

You’ll be learning by doing,



side-by-side with some of the most trusted and recognised sales professionals — giving you instant credibility and the tools to build your own profile.

- A quick learner who embraces feedback and challenges

- Prepared to work weekends – this is not a 9–5 role

- A self-starter with a strong sense of teamwork, but who can also operate independently

- Open to ongoing training, both internal and external
