About the role

Induspray Australia Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Pressure Washers/Leading Hands to join our growing team in Singleton, NSW. This is a casual position that offers the flexibility of part-time work whilst maintaining the opportunity to develop your skills in industrial cleaning services. As a Pressure Washer/Leading Hand, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cleaning solutions to our clients, whilst potentially supervising and mentoring junior team members on site. This position is based in Singleton NSW 2330 and offers the chance to work on diverse projects across the region.

What you'll be doing

- Operating pressure washing equipment and related cleaning machinery to complete projects safely and to specification

- Preparing work sites and ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards required by clients

- Supervising and directing junior staff members on assigned cleaning tasks and projects

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on all job sites

- Maintaining and checking equipment before and after use to ensure it is in proper working condition

- Communicating with clients to understand their cleaning requirements and delivering results that exceed expectations

- Documenting work completed and reporting on project progress

- Identifying potential hazards and implementing preventative measures to protect yourself and team members

What we're looking for

- Proven experience operating pressure washing equipment and industrial cleaning machinery

- Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience supervising or mentoring junior staff members

- A current driver's licence and reliable transport

- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in the cleaning and industrial services sector





- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and quality outcomes

- Relevant certifications or qualifications in cleaning services or industrial equipment operation (preferred but not essential)
