Café Manager – Forrestdale

Full-time | Pinjarra Bakery

We’re looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our Forrestdale team.

Pinjarra Bakery has been part of WA for almost 30 years. We’ve grown from our original bakery in Pinjarra to five locations, but we’re still family owned, hands-on and genuinely invested in our people.

Forrestdale is our newest store — a busy little café and drive-thru with a strong team already in place. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the next chapter: developing the team, building a outstanding store culture and continuing to improve the way we do things.

You’ll have plenty of support, but also the trust and autonomy to lead. We value people who bring ideas, take initiative and genuinely care about creating a great experience for their team and their customers.

The role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the store, including:

- Leading, supporting and developing your team

- Overseeing the day-to-day café and drive-thru operations

- Maintaining high standards across customer service, food, coffee, presentation and cleanliness

- Creating rosters and ensuring the store is well staffed

- Recruiting, onboarding and training team members

- Supporting your team and managing performance when needed

- Managing ordering, stock levels and waste

- Keeping an eye on sales, costs and overall store performance

- Maintaining food safety, WHS and operational standards

- Working closely with our operations and head office teams





About you

You’ll have proven hospitality management experience and be confident leading a team in a busy, fast-moving environment.
