About the role

As part of the project team, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full contract administration function, working alongside an experienced commercial and project team on major, complex construction projects. You will receive structured training, mentoring and ongoing career development while learning from experienced industry professionals.

Key responsibilities

- Subcontractor procurement and tender comparisons

- Preparing scopes of work and subcontract packages

- Assisting with subcontractor negotiations and letting packages

- Progress claims and payment assessments

- Variations and cost management

- Contract documentation and administration

- Project reporting and forecasting

- Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and senior commercial staff

- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and other key project stakeholders

About you

- Have recently graduated or be in your final year of a Bachelor of Construction Management, Project Management or related degree

- Have previous experience as a Cadet,



Graduate or Junior Contract Administrator with a head contractor

- Have a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in commercial construction

- Possess strong communication, organisation and attention-to-detail skills

- Be proactive, hardworking and eager to learn

- Be comfortable working within a fast-paced project environment

- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
