The Opportunity:

The purpose of the Labour Planner is to effectively plan, coordinate and optimise the workforce requirements across the site to ensure the right number of employees are available at the right time to meet operational and production demands.

This role will work closely with Operations, Production, P&C; and Planning to manage labour requirements, identify workforce gaps and support efficient labour utilisation.

Must possess a can-do attitude, have a friendly and warm personality with a willingness to assist others as required.

To assist with supporting the Production Team Leaders with ITPs and the data base as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain workforce plans aligned to production requirements,



operational demands and seasonal fluctuations across all 3 shifts.

- Ensure labour resources are effectively allocated across shifts and departments to meet business requirements while minimising unnecessary labour costs.

- Monitor production forecasts, planned volumes, absenteeism and seasonal requirements to proactively identify future labour needs.

- Work closely with Operations and Production Leaders to ensure workforce rosters are accurate, effective and aligned with production schedules.

- Monitor employee availability, leave, absenteeism and labour capacity to identify potential workforce shortages and risks.

- Partner with P&C; and Production to ensure labour requirements are communicated and actioned effectively.

- To assist with the seasonal recruitment process when available.

- Prepare and issue casual employment contracts to recent starters as required in a timely and accurate manner.

- Communicate effectively with new starters regarding first-day requirements, site processes and commencement expectations.

- Ensure all documentation, records and processes are accurate and up to date. Including locker allocation and maintenance.





- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to improve workforce planning, labour utilisation and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have:

- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Be capable of working to deadlines.

- Ability to multitask.

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

- Power Platform knowledge (advantageous but not essential).
