Experienced Forklift Operators wanted for a rotating roster with excellent shift rates, consistent hours and ongoing work in Kurri Kurri.

Direct Personnel are currently seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators/Production Workers to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Kurri Kurri.

This is a hands-on role combining forklift operation with production duties. You’ll work across a rotating roster, including weekends, so we’re looking for candidates who enjoy variety, are flexible across shifts and are ready to get stuck into a busy manufacturing setting.

Your Roster & Pay Rates ?
You’ll rotate across day, afternoon and night shifts:

- Day Shift: 6:30am to 3:00pm – $38.44/hr
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm – $43.82/hr
- Night Shift: 10:30pm to 7:00am – $47.66/hr
- Weekend shifts as required by the rotating roster
- Applicable overtime and weekend penalties

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Operating forklifts to move materials and products around site
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Supporting day-to-day production and manufacturing operations
- Moving materials between warehouse and production areas




- Completing general production and labouring duties as required
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and secure

What We Need from You:

- Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Manufacturing or production experience highly regarded
- Availability to rotate across day, afternoon and night shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends as rostered
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on production work
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Full Australian working rights
