Bartender & Waitstaff – Immediate Start | Multiple Locations | Third Wave BBQ

Third Wave BBQ is one of Melbourne’s leading American BBQ restaurants, known for smoked meats, great cocktails, and a fun, rapid-paced atmosphere.

We are currently looking for bartenders and waitstaff to join our team. Multiple venues available. If you enjoy working in a busy environment, love hospitality, and want to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Immediate start available for the right candidates.

Locations Hiring

- Moorabbin – directly opposite the train station, very easy access

- Albert Park – opposite a tram stop

- Hawthorn – opposite a tram stop. Wait staff positions only.

Your Role

Bartender:

- Prepare cocktails, beers and other beverages efficiently

- Recommend drinks that pair well with our BBQ menu

- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar

- Ensure responsible service of alcohol

Waitstaff

- Welcome guests and guide them through the menu





- Take food and drink orders accurately

- Deliver food and drinks promptly

- Provide attentive and friendly service throughout the guest experience

Shared Responsibilities

- Process orders and payments using our POS system

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the venue

- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts

What We’re Looking For

- RSA certificate required

- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys busy services, interacting with customers, and working as part of a strong team.
