This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a respected real estate business with a strong reputation for client service.
You will work within a structured pod consisting of a Senior Property Manager, Property Manager and Leasing Officer. The wider team also provides dedicated assistance with arrears, maintenance and administration.
This structure allows you to focus on managing relationships, resolving tenancy matters and delivering a high level of service without carrying every responsibility alone.
The role
• Co-manage an established residential portfolio
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with dedicated back-end assistance
• Manage rent reviews and lease renewals
• Conduct routine and outgoing inspections
• Monitor arrears with assistance from the wider team
• Resolve tenancy matters and attend NCAT when required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure legislative compliance
• Contribute to the continued growth of the rent roll
About you
• Minimum two years of property management experience
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
• Highly organised with robust attention to detail
• Confident managing competing priorities
• Energetic, self-motivated and team focused
• Honest, reliable and professional
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
