About the Company

Our client is a well-established developer-builder with a growing presence in the residential market. With several projects currently in delivery and further opportunities in the pipeline, the business is continuing to build out its platform.

A key focus for the successful candidate will be a $500m residential development, providing the opportunity to work on a project of significant scale while also gaining exposure to other developments across the business.

The team operates in a practical and collaborative environment, with a robust focus on getting projects delivered. You will work alongside the General Manager and a range of external partners, including JV partners, consultants and contractors.

With the business continuing to expand, there is scope for the successful candidate to grow with it and step into greater responsibility over time.
About the Role This role will see you involved across the full development process, with responsibility for driving projects from the early planning stages through to completion.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving projects through planning, design, approvals and delivery.
• Tracking project costs, programmes and key milestones.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and project partners.
• Managing planning matters, approvals and design development.
• Reviewing feasibility, budgets and project financials.
• Managing issues and risks as they arise throughout delivery.




• Working with the General Manager on key project decisions.
• Assisting with the assessment and progression of future opportunities.

Experience Required

• 5+ years' experience in property development, preferably within residential.
• Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience taking residential projects through multiple stages of the development cycle.
• Solid understanding of development feasibilities, project costs and financials.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Comfortable dealing with consultants, contractors, JV partners and other stakeholders.
