We are a leading provider in the food distribution industry. With a commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we specialize in delivering a wide range of food products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Take and process customer orders and follow up with the warehouse regarding deliveries.

- Visit established customers regularly and develop recent clients through calls and customer visits.

- Provide professional customer service and follow up on outstanding account payments.

- Introduce new products and promotional activities to customers.

- Liaise with Head Office and use email/computer systems to provide daily reports.

- Work closely with the warehouse, administration and management teams.





- Visit customers’ stores when required to take orders, assist with refunds, and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.

- Interstate and intrastate travel will be necessary.

- Food and beverage sales experience will be beneficial but is not essential.

- Mandarin, Indian languages or other languages will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage a customer portfolio and prioritise tasks effectively.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

- Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.

- Positive, confident and professional attitude.

- Experience dealing with supermarkets, independent retailers, wholesalers, restaurants or food service businesses is an advantage.
