About You
As an Administration Coordinator, you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning workplace. Key aspects of the role include timetabling, daily organisation and scheduling, the coordination of the school's digital student management systems, and the ongoing development of innovative approaches to student data tracking and monitoring processes. The Administration Coordinator position is a 3-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.
You'll bring:
- expertise in your subject area with strong classroom management and student well-being focus
- high level expertise and knowledge of Edval and Compass
- demonstrated capacity to lead and manage complex whole-school administrative systems
- highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and coordinate whole-school operations
- highly developed leadership skills with the capacity to build staff capability, manage change and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a key member of the leadership team to implement the College's Strategic Improvement Plan and achieve measurable
- improvements in student growth, achievement and post-school pathways
- a tertiary qualification in Education & NESA accreditation.
