We are seeking an organised and proactive Warehouse Dispatch Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating the accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting efficient day-to-day warehouse operations.

Working closely with warehouse staff, transport providers and internal departments, you will play an important role in ensuring products are delivered safely, accurately and on time.

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating daily dispatch operations and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently from picking through to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate daily warehouse dispatch activities to meet customer delivery requirements.

- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, manifests, labels and freight bookings.

- Schedule freight and liaise with transport providers and courier services.

- Ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.

- Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records.

- Investigate and resolve dispatch discrepancies, shortages and delivery issues.

- Communicate with internal teams regarding order status and delivery schedules.

- Assist with stock takes and inventory management activities.

- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.

- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company standards.





- Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse and dispatch processes.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, transport or dispatch coordination.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills.

- A strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform warehouse duties.

Essential & Desirable Requirements

- LF Forklift Licence – Essential

- LO Order Picker Licence – Advantageous

- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management processes.

- Understanding of transport, freight and logistics operations.

- Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems would be advantageous.
