THE OPPORTUNITY

Arch Talent specialises exclusively in dental recruitment and is currently representing several established private practices across Sydney.

Current opportunities include:

- Bondi Junction – Premium practice known for cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign and skin aesthetics/dermal care.

- Randwick – Busy, high-end practice with an affluent patient base. Seeking a highly experienced Invisalign or clear-aligner dentist, with additional exposure to general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry. OHT support available.

- St George – Opportunity for a dentist with strong capability in prosthodontics and implants. The practice is investing heavily in marketing these treatment areas and wants someone capable of taking on more complex restorative work.

- Balmain – An established, state-of-the-art practice with a loyal patient base and the opportunity to do more implants, clear aligners, or fixed orthodontics

- Fairfield – Reputable family practice established for approximately 30 years, offering general dentistry, Invisalign and implants, with a supportive Principal Dentist and OHTs.

- Campbelltown – Warm, established practice with approximately 50 years of history and a genuine future pathway to buy into or acquire the practice.

We also represent quality regional NSW opportunities, including Wollongong, Goulburn and Tamworth, with mentorship and greater implant exposure,



as well as a busy practice in Grafton offering solid patient demand, clinical autonomy and earning potential.

WHAT COULD THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY OFFER?

Depending on the practice:

- Established and busy patient books

- Cosmetic and restorative dentistry

- Invisalign and clear aligners

- Implant dentistry and All-on-X

- Crowns, bridges and comprehensive treatment

- OHT and clinical support

- Strong earning potential

- Clinical autonomy and mentoring

- Two to five days per week

- Future partnership or ownership pathways
