About the role

Carlton North Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in Carlton North, VIC 3054. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care and enhancing the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing

- Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a well-organised pharmacy environment

- Restocking and maintaining inventory of pharmaceutical supplies and products

- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines

- Participating in team meetings and training to continuously improve pharmacy operations

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a retail customer service role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

- Proven attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy





- Proficiency in using pharmacy software and computer systems

- A genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer care
